CyberBloks are forged by their very first owners. But they are not ready yet. They must gain their powers by proving their worth to the Cyber City. In order to do that, they will need to find all artifacts through Cyber City. Oracles don't seem to understand what it is about... yet. What they know for sure is that this is a necessity to make the Cyber City get bigger.
