Since my early teens I’ve created several hundred personal videos and while the content ranges greatly, my driving force has always been deeply rooted in nostalgia. I wanted to constantly capture moments in order to remember, and then to make emotional compilations out of the clips I’d accumulate.
These works are very similar. Whether it’s a piece based on a feeling, old memory, or something familiar, I pull from the roots of nostalgia.
