The population of all pandas has dwindled down to the very last Panda, the Progenitor. Fearing the ultimate extinction of all pandas from existence and knowing far well how beneficial watching pandas interact increases joy in the global civilization, the humanoid overlords decreed a plan to revitalize pandas for prosperity.
