New York City-based oculofacial plastic surgeon Dr. Amiya Prasad, M.D. is an expert in eyelid surgery with extensive experience treating under eye bags and hooded eyes, with over 20 years of practicing routine and specialized eyelid surgery. Dr. Prasad is Board-certified with American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and a Fellow of The American Society of Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery(ASOPRS).
