The first NFT collection created by Sun Mu, the North Korean defector artist, will be disclosed for the first time via OpenSeas. The artist’s official website, sunmuart.com, announced that Sun Mu would publish ten NFTs via OpenSeas, the world’s largest NFT trading platform, at 9 am(EDT) on May 29. Based on Sun Mu’s existing paintings and installation art pieces, he has recreated his NFT artworks to be open to the public as a media art collaborating with blockchain planners and motion graphic designers. Sun Mu’s ten NFT collections will be published based on the Ethereum cryptocurrency blockchain. Some of the works will be auctioned, and others will be presented as multi-editions at a single price. They will be open to the public for a month until June 28.
